Born in New Jersey, Luis came to know Christ at the age of 12 in Puerto Rico. Luis has been married to his sweetheart Cynthia for 17 years and have two daughters, ages 11 and 8. Luis is a tech guru and holds an undergraduate degree from Belhaven University in Business Management and a graduate degree in Cybersecurity from Liberty University.
Luis enjoys to spend most of his time with his family and church friends and will occasionally do a triathlon or full marathon for “fun”.
